I love when I get new music in my mailbox, especially when I like it from first listen. PRIVATE are a new act out of Copenhagen, Denmark fronted by Thomas Troelsen, formerly of SUPERHEROES, who recently disbanded in 2006. Troelsen is a prolific Danish producer, having worked with such acts as JUNIOR SENIOR, AQUA, and JULEE CRUISE just to name a few.
PRIVATE were recently signed to Universal, with an album to hit American shores in 2008.

awesome song, the original non-remixed version is better though
re-hashing old music
the lead sounds like "coca cola bottle" by Edwin Birdsong, sampled by daft punk
and the other songs on the myspace sound like copies of prince linn drum pattern, especially with the rim shots
he's done his homework though
too much ego and vanity for someone living off of the past
you can see his pattern, went kinda indie punk with superheroes, but wasnt punk enough, and thus not convincing and probably didn't sell many units
and now that this so called 80's thing is in, he's cashing in on that
but ORIGINAL MUSIC WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL
even if it's electro
