The original new wave, art/disco diva Grace Jones is back and she's about to release her first album in 19 years (not including her two unreleased albums in the 90's). Hurricane, scheduled for an October 27th release, features an all-star production team led by Ivor Guest, including Brian Eno, Tricky, and Sly & Robbie. Jones made her return to the stage last month when she performed a two hour set at the Massive Attack-curated Meltdown Festival in London.
The first single from the forthcoming album is the haunting and twisted "Corporate Cannibal". The track also has a mind-altering new video, directed by Nick Hooker. Check it out...

Welcome Back Ms. Jones - you have been missed! Strange to see she appeared at the Massive Attack show - upon listening to Corporate Cannibal, I thought to myself - this sounds "Massive Attackish". Can't wait for the new CD. Speaking of new CD's, when is Massive Attack releasing a new one?
